Refund policy

When money comes back, and how to ask.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying lifetime access, for any reason.

Refunds go through Paddle, which handled your payment: use the link in the receipt it emailed you, or write to us at support@artofds.com and we will arrange it. The money goes back the way you paid, and lifetime access ends when it is refunded: your certificates then show as withdrawn, while your account and your progress stay.

02Mistakes, promo codes and disputes

If you were charged twice, or charged without getting access, tell us and the payment that should not have been taken is refunded in full, whenever you notice.

Access from a 100% promo code cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: a refund is quicker. While a dispute is open, access is paused and your certificates show as withdrawn.
